Subject : Problem with server board SE7210TP1-E

Прикупили тазик SR1325TP1-E с мамкой SE7210TP1-E, не видится один из
сетевых интерфейсов, судя по всему гигабитник.
Сетевые адаптеры:
Intel PRO/1000 Server Adapter (i82547EI), 10/100/1000 Mbit/s,
Intel PRO/100+ Server Adapter (i82551QM), 10/100 Mbit/s
Гигабитник заработал на драйвере em найденном на интеловском сайте,
распаковал исходники в /sys/dev/em
в связи с чем вопросик:
Hасколько стабильно работает этот интерфейс на этом драйвере, кто уже
использует давно i82547EI на драйвере em.

После ребута интерфейс работает, но напрягает следующее:

Это вообще нормально или как?
