 i suggest you to find coolest text about this problem:
 "Playing redir games with ARP and ICMP" by Yuri Volobuev
 (some years ago i found it on www.rootshell.com).
 these text contain good explanation arp and icmp algoritms and C-program,
 which sends arp-reply.
 try "arp_fun" on any search engine (i prefer ya.ru).
 but remember, that redirecting packets to your host - one half of the
 business. you must send those packets to it`s original destination to
 prevent connection loss. or you want simply destroy connection?
