 Читаем внимательно строчку Syntax: (можно заодно описание) и ищем там слово
 path (путь). Медитируем до просветления. После чего понимаем, что там написано
 url. После чего внимательно перечитываем то, что написал саппорт, и пишем как
 он велел, то есть /cgi-bin/index.pl, или как там оно у тебя. С целью полного
 просветления и достижения окончательной нирваны читаем какую-нибудь умную
 документацию про Apache на предмет того, как у него соотносятся path и url.
